What are the advantages of Bollé Ski Goggles?
Equalizer™:
The Gore All weather Equalizer patch allows air to flow between the double lenses thus maintaining perfect optics at any altitude. Available in all double lens goggles.
Flow-tech™:
Process of controlling the flow of air through the goggle. This is done by directing air to a specific place or by restricting air's access into the goggle. Available with the Kraite, Chrono FO and Chrono OTC.
Double lenses:
have an air pocket between the lenses creating what is called a "thermal barrier" - the outer lens cooled by the air temperature is separated from the inner lens warmed by the face. This reduces the likelihood of fogging.
P80 Anti-fog Coating:
Applied to the inside of the inner lens/absorbs moisture.
Rx-ability:
This series of inserts allows the user to fit their prescription into the goggle of their choice.
P80PLUS: (Anti-fog/Carbo Glass¨ anti-scratch)
BollŽâs proprietary, maximum protection against fogging and scratching, developed from industrial and tactical use. Applied to our new spherical decentered single lenses (Zoopla).
FRAME FEATURES/BENEFITS:
Polyurethane 100:
EBU 100 is used in the majority of Bollé goggles. This material is injected with UV absorbers to guard against UV deterioration. It's flexible, durable and long lasting.
Pebex:
Pebex is used in the Chrono FO goggle. Pebex allows for a wider variety of color choices and treatments.
